On the International Environmental Day, the United Nations showed it’s firm commitment to stand up in a fight against air contamination. This has been one of the worst threats for humanity, taking around 7 million lives per year. Some super-stars, such as Gisele Bündchen, supported a huge campaign to raise awareness on the urgency to solve this issue. There has been a fast response to this call. A combined statement has been submitted from the headquarters of the UN, in New York, backed by the Science Academy of Brazil, Germany, South Africa and the United States, requesting a raise in the investment to act, through a new world treaty, against air contamination, as Fundación Economía Circular has articulated. Now, the will and desire to end this problem is rising. Some of us are already battling the air pollution. Are you ready to join us?
Enjoy the air, Now!
Urban Air Purifier has installed its first Air Purifier system in the 22@ district, the star-up district in Barcelona, where innovation and the development of new technologies are the common topics. This district is the engine behind the technological revolution that’s happening in Barcelona, catalogued the third leading city in Europe with technology-based companies, with a growth ratio similar to Palo Alto in its prime time. And this is not going unnoticed since companies like Spotify or Facebook are already hiring or developing new projects in there. It’s, definitely, a reference in technological innovation in Europe, and UAP has its own piece of cake.
Joaquín Cusí, CEO of Urban Air Purifier, received an Award for the Sustainable Initiative granted in the Kim Conference 2019, for his indoor-outdoor air purifier system. The Kim Conference does a great job connecting innovation projects with the more fitted investor possible.
