El Celler de Can Roca incorporates our new technology to eliminate viruses and bacteria from the air.

The Roca Brothers restaurant has decided to bet on our UAP-V devices, designed and developed with the aim of guaranteeing a “healthy and safe” environment.

Chef Josep Roca has highlighted that these types of solutions are what the sector “needs” to maintain the activity and quality of the territory’s gastronomy.

Last week, within the framework of the main fair in the sector, the HIP-Horeca Professional Expo (held in person at IFEMA), our purifiers were recognized with the Caixabank award for the best Technological Innovation.

Our technology is also present in hospitals such as the Clínic in Barcelona or La Paz in Madrid and stands out for its efficiency and versatility to adapt to all types of spaces.

UAP technology is certified and recommended by several institutions such as Bureau Veritas, IRTa-CReSA level 3 biosafety laboratory, KIM Global or the CSIC.
